Terms and Conditions for the Winters Solutions CC Lucky Draw Competition

1. Introduction

1.1 This competition is being run by Winters Solutions CC.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The prize will only be awarded to a registered school facility.

2.2 To enter the draw, you are required to make a valid purchase of Winters practise balls and complete the form that your unique QR code is linked to. Each QR code is unique. If multiple entries from a single QR code are registered, the first entry will be counted as the valid entry. You are able to enter for each set of balls purchased.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition period is from 6 June 2024 to 21 June 2024.

4. Prize

4.1 You stand a chance to win 1 Devon Trainer, 15 urethane cricket balls of your choice, and 1 set of spring-back wickets, for the school of your choice.

4.2 The prize is not transferable by the winner and may not be deferred, changed, or exchanged for cash or any other item.

4.3 The prize does not include any other costs or expenses relating to the prize or the enjoyment of the prize not expressly specified in these rules.

5. Draw Process

5.1 The draw shall be done randomly from qualifying purchases made during the competition period.

5.2 Winters Solutions CC will notify the winner of the prize by contacting the winner using the contact details supplied to Winters Solutions CC by or on behalf of the winner.

5.3 Winters Solutions CC will attempt to contact the winner at least 3 (three) times, but if Winters Solutions CC is unable to contact the winner within 3 (three) working days, such winner will forfeit their prize and Winters Solutions CC reserves the right to redraw such prize.

5.4 Winters Solutions CC will contact the winner to arrange for the delivery of the prize to the winner’s school of choice.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Although Winters Solutions CC has taken care to make sure that the prizes are of good quality, you indemnify Winters Solutions CC against any damages that anyone may suffer as a result of the use of the prizes or participation in this draw, including consequential and economic loss.

6.2 You enter the draw entirely at your own risk. Winters Solutions CC and their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, and contractors cannot be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, harm, or loss suffered by any person or entity as a direct or indirect result of entering the draw or suffered as a direct or indirect result of the utilisation in any way whatsoever of the prize won in terms of the draw.

7. Amendments

7.1 Winters Solutions CC reserves the right to amend, change, postpone, or terminate this draw and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Winters Solutions CC reasonably deems necessary.

8. Personal Information

8.1 You hereby consent to Winters Solutions CC using and processing your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) in order to process your entry as stated herein, as well as for any marketing and future promotions, if opted in.

8.2 Any personal information relating to the winner or a participant will be used solely in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA, and will not be disclosed to a third party in contravention of POPIA.

9. Responsibility

9.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided by or on behalf of you to Winters Solutions CC is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times.
