Black Friday Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period

This promotional offer is valid from the start of the Black Friday campaign, 24 November 2025, until 5 December 2025, unless otherwise specified within these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to customers residing in South Africa and applies only to purchases made within the Republic of South Africa.

Qualifying Products

The promotion applies exclusively to the Brit Bowler machine sold by Winters Solutions.

Discount Offers

10% Discount: Customers may purchase the Brit Bowler at a 10% discount throughout the promotional period ending 5 December 2025.

15% Discount (Limited Offer): On Friday, 28 November 2025, customers may request a quote at the promotional 15% discount; however, only the first two (2) customers who complete payment on that day will qualify for the 15% discount. Once the first two qualifying payments have been received, the 15% discount will no longer be available.

How to Redeem

To qualify for either discount, all purchases must be made directly with Winters Solutions via one of the following official sales channels:

Quotes may be requested in advance; however, eligibility for the 15% discount is determined strictly by payment timestamp on Friday, 28 November 2025.

Exclusions

• This offer is not valid for purchases made through third-party resellers, agents, or distributors.

• This promotion may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special pricing.

• The offer does not apply to accessories, parts, maintenance, or servicing.

Non-transferability

The promotion and any associated discount are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative value.

Availability

The 15% discount is limited to two (2) customers only. The 10% discount is subject to stock availability and is valid until 5 December 2025. Winters Solutions reserves the right to close the promotion early should stock become unavailable.

Right to Amend

Winters Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All standard Winters Solutions sales terms, payment requirements, and warranty conditions apply.
